Are custom leads re-sold?
Each custom sales lead is exclusive for 30 days. We do re-sell the lead 30+ days later to a different company/product/service.

We have an In-House inventory of millions of generic and specialized leads from other publishers.
What is your replacement policy for disconnects or undeliverable?
Each lead type has it's own policy. All custom leads are replaced one for one. All bulk, generic and surveyed leads come with 20% overage to cover any bad phone numbers or eMails. Please refer to the specific information page on the type of lead you desire.
Are FX Leads FTC/Do Not Call or CAN SPAM compliant?
On the Do Not Call list companies and individuals have 90 days from the time a lead requests information to be contacted.

How do you accept payment for FX Leads?
Payments must be received before lead orders are processed and delivered.
We accept Personal and Business checks, Pay pal, Money Orders, and Bank Wire.
What file formats do you deliver the leads in?
We can send your records in CSV, XLS or TXT (text) files. Just let us know what file format you want when you place your order.
Why is there no way to place an lead order directly from the website?
It would be difficult for us to track our leads for availability; process lead orders so we do not re-sell a lead to the same company/product or service; and/or prevent people from paying for leads that are not in current inventory if we allowed automatic real time purchases directly from the FXLeads website.
